Cheng joined Fosun Asset Management in 2021. He is Executive Director, responsible for portfolio risk management.

Prior to joining Fosun Asset Management, he worked in Taiping Financial Holdings Company, successively served as Deputy General Manager of Risk Management and Compliance Department, Deputy General Manager of Technology Operations Department, and Managers-In-Charge of risk management function (type 1,4,6,9), responsible for overall risk management function, and has been named the company and the Taiping Insurance Group’s outstanding employees for many times. He focuses on portfolio risk management and enterprise risk management.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Berlin School of Economics and Law,MBA degree from HKUST Business School, a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He is a Certified FRM.

Mia joined Fosun Asset Management in 2022. She is Executive Director, Legal and responsible for legal matters.

She has extensive legal experience in the capital markets. Prior to joining Fosun Asset Management, she worked as a corporate  lawyer in an international law firm and as in-house legal counsel in several financial institutions with broad range of responsibilities.

She holds a degree of Master of Laws from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a practicing solicitor in Hong Kong.

Tracy joined Fosun Asset Management Limited in 2022 as Operations Senior Director and is responsible for operations function.

She has over ten years experience in back office support. Prior to joining Fosun Asset Management, she worked in global custodian bank, hedge fund house and other asset management companies in Hong Kong.

She holds a Master Degree of Investment Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. 

Tommy Lam joined Fosun Asset Management in 2022 as Finance Senior Director and is responsible for finance function.He has more than 9 years professional experience in financial management and auditing.

Prior to joining Fosun Asset Management, he was a finance manager in an asset management firm, an audit manager of one of the big four accounting firms.

He holds a business administration degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

James joined Fosun Asset Management in 2022. He is Senior Director, responsible for compliance function.

Prior to joining Fosun Asset Management, he worked as a senior compliance officer in an asset management firm, and as senior auditor in Ernst & Young.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Accounting from The Edinburgh Napier University.

Jeremy joined Fosun Asset Management in 2022. He is Associate Director, responsible for investor relations and products.

Prior to joining Fosun Asset Management, he was the China Client Business associate in BlackRock, covering Chinese offshore wealth clients' relationship management and business development, as well as BlackRock's China Strategy project.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor's degree in Planning and Public Policy from Rutgers University, as well as Bachelor degrees in Public Administration and Finance in South China University of Technology.

Drew Xiao joined Fosun Asset Management in 2022 as Senior Operations Manager.

Prior to joining Fosun Asset Management, Drew worked at UBS Shanghai Branch as Investment Banking  Senior Middle Office Operations officer and Wealth Management Regulatory Reporting Specialist. Drew has had many years of experience in the financial operation area, managing FICC and Equity products. He is good at handling international settlements issues and custodian bank data maintenance as well as trade life cycle management. He also served as a calculation agent in UBS London, supporting North America, EMEA and APAC area.

He holds a master's degree in Operations Management and Business Intelligence from the University of Florida.

Peggy joined Fosun Asset Management in 2022. She is Admin Senior Manager, responsible for coordinating office activities and manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.

Prior to joining Fosun Asset Management, she was the administrative supervisor in ELV Company with focus on back up service support and daily admin duty. Prior to this, she was a customer representative in The Bank of East Asia and Chong Hing Bank Limited offering professional services and promoting wide range of consumer banking products.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from De Montfort University.
