Junde LI joined Fosun Asset Management Limited in 2022 as Alternative Investment Director, covering alternative investment. He has 6 years experiences in M&A, equity capital market, private debt and special situation investment.

Prior to joining Fosun Asset Management Limited, he was the Vice President in Special Situation Investment of China Great Wall AMC (international) Holdings Company, being responsible for distressed assets and special situation investment. From 2016-2019, Junde was an investment associate of HNA Group covering M&A and investment in civil aviation, airport, logistics and real estate, etc.

He holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Jack Zhang joined Fosun Asset Management in 2025 and currently covers overseas alternative investment.

He has spent over 10 years in financial industry with deal experience in private equity, M&A, FOF investment, Hong Kong IPO and other capital market transactions. Before joining FAM, Mr. Zhang was a senior investment manager at China Merchants Capital, focusing on infrastructure investment. Previously, he worked as an investment associate at CITIC Capital and a senior associate at the investment banking division of BOCOM International (3329.HK). He had also participated in the startup of a Shenzhen-based, cross-border investment fund backed by PBOC and local government.

Mr. Zhang received an MBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
